From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed at this hotel. We appreciated the fact that the owner was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the local area. The cleanliness of the entire hotel exceeded our expectations, with all areas perfectly maintained. We particularly enjoyed the modern facilities, such as the high-speed internet and modern TV, which had the option of connecting to Netflix and YouTube. Additionally, the hotel's location in a peaceful village made it the ideal starting point for exploring the Rohace area from the Orava side, and the hotel facilities were nothing short of luxurious.
Cannot find any fault.

Luxury accommodation away from crowds. Friendly owner. Perfectly new and clean. Great location to explore. High-speed internet and modern TV. Perfectly maintained facilities. Well-equipped kitchen. Small wellness and grill area.

This cozy accommodation is situated in a peaceful village that is perfect for exploring Rohace and the Orava region. the owner is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. the rooms are new, modern, and impeccably clean. Guests can enjoy high-speed internet, a modern TV with streaming services, and a fully-equipped kitchen. the common space is great and there's a small wellness area and grill hat. the towels are regularly replaced and there is always cake available.
The noise from the nearby highway can be heard when the windows are open.

This vacation home exceeded my expectations! The place was well maintained and had a lovely garden. The common kitchen area was fantastic and had everything we needed. The location was also great, just a short walk from some amazing restaurants and shops. the small wellness area was a nice touch and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the fresh towels delivered to our room during our week-long stay.
Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say about this place. The owners did an excellent job of keeping the place in perfect condition.

During my New Year's stay, I found the key location of the hotel to be quite convenient, close to several restaurants and shops. the cleanliness of the common areas and rooms was impressive; towels were changed regularly, and the cake offered in the kitchen was a nice touch.
The lack of amenities, as the "small wellness" advertised on the website turned out to consist of only a single sauna.
